How EmailCheq scores email risk
EmailCheq uses confidence-based signals to help reduce bounce risk before you send. Results are recommendations, not delivery guarantees.
What we check
- • Email format and syntax
- • Domain health and DNS resolution
- • MX mail server records
- • Common domain typos
- • Disposable email domains
- • Role-based or shared inboxes
- • Generic or fake-looking local parts
What we do not claim
EmailCheq does not guarantee inbox delivery. Some companies use catch-all domains, aliases, security filters, or mail systems that make mailbox-level verification uncertain.
Current results are Basic Checks. Future Pro verification may add API-powered mailbox-level checks.
Understanding score ranges
80–100: Likely Deliverable
Strong domain and format signals. Still not a delivery guarantee.
45–79: Use Caution
Mixed signals such as role-based inboxes, free providers, or weaker patterns.
0–44: High Risk
Invalid format, missing mail records, disposable domains, or major risk factors.
Basic Check
Uses technical and pattern-based signals without sending an email.
Best practices
- • Start with the highest-confidence email address.
- • Avoid disposable or invalid addresses.
- • Use caution with role-based inboxes like info@ or support@.
- • Validate before large outbound sends.
- • Treat confidence scores as guidance, not guarantees.
