What every EmailCheq result actually means.
We separate technical risk screening from mailbox-level verification, then give every row an explicit next action. No vague “valid” badge and no guarantee a mail server cannot honestly provide.
Verify
Mixed, catch-all, protected, free-provider, or shared-inbox signals need more confidence before a higher-stakes send.
Fix
A likely domain typo was detected. EmailCheq shows a suggestion but never silently changes the exported address.
Suppress
Invalid syntax, missing mail infrastructure, disposable risk, or a provider rejection makes the address unsuitable for the sequence.

Verified Check
Provider-backed mailbox confidence
Verified Checks add an external provider result to the technical screen. This is most useful for high-value prospects and rows in the Verify bucket.
Limit: catch-all domains, aliases, greylisting, security filters, and protected mail systems can still return uncertain. Uncertain is reported as uncertain.
How the score becomes an action
1 · Gather signals
Evaluate address structure, infrastructure, provider, and risk patterns.
2 · Respect hard blockers
A typo suggestion or provider rejection overrides an otherwise attractive numeric score.
3 · Preserve uncertainty
Mixed signals stay in Verify; they are not promoted just to make the list look cleaner.
How to evaluate EmailCheq on your own data
- 1. Start with a recent sample whose bounce outcomes you already know.
- 2. Compare Basic and Verified results separately; they answer different questions.
- 3. Measure false-ready addresses, not just the number of green results.
- 4. Recheck periodically because domains and mailboxes change over time.
EmailCheq does not publish a universal accuracy percentage because list source, age, domain mix, and recipient security controls materially change real-world outcomes.
